According to Patrick Berger, both Borussia Dortmund and Juventus are looking to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United.
However, it is understood that, as it stands, neither club can currently afford to sign the Englishman.
The Premier League outfit have placed a €45-€50 million price tag on Sancho’s head. This has left both Juventus and Dortmund in a situation where they will need to sell key players before they can look to lure Sancho away from Old Trafford.
Where do Borussia Dortmund and Juventus stand?
Nevertheless, BvB and Sancho can imagine reuniting once again. This would mean that the Champions League runners-up would need to sell one of Karim Adeyemi or Donyell Malen.
Despite previous interest from the Premier League in both Adeyemi and Malen, Dortmund have yet to receive a concrete offer for either winger.
As for Juve, Federico Chiesa is the player the Italian giants are likely to offload this summer. However, like BvB, while there has been interest in his services from a number of clubs, such as Bayern Munich, an offer is yet to be made.
Therefore, this leaves Sancho’s future in the air. The 24-year-old has returned to training with United, and attempts are being made with Erik ten Hag to repair their relationship, but a move away would be preferred by both parties.
