Bayern Munich duo Matthijs de Ligt and Serge Gnabry have both returned to team training on Tuesday morning.

Manuel Neuer also continued to work on his comeback from his leg break injury alongside fellow goalkeeper Sven Ulreich.

De Ligt has spent time on the sidelines since the end of September as he has been suffering with knee problems.

Serge Gnabry picked up an injury on the 26th September when he suffered a fracture of his left ulna in the DFB Pokal match against Preußen Münster.

The international break has allowed the pair to return to light training alongside those who are not representing their country at the moment which include Alphonso Davies, Bouna Sarr, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Aleksandar Pavlovic, some youth team players and Jérôme Boateng, who continues to train with Bayern whilst he searches for his new club.

Sky Germany’s Torben Hoffman has said that he expects de Ligt and Chupo-Moting to both be available at the weekend.

Raphaël Guerreiro, Daniel Peretz and Tarek Buchmann have trained individually whilst Dayot Upamecano is still absent due to a torn muscle fibre.
