Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has become a subject of significant interest among numerous clubs, with Everton and Nottingham Forest prominently in the mix.

Following their narrow escapes from relegation, both Everton and Nottingham Forest are now actively seeking to revamp their squads with new signings. Everton, finishing just two points above the relegation zone, and Nottingham Forest, who secured a 16th-place finish in their first Premier League season, are eyeing Morelos as a potential addition to bolster their attacking prowess. With his impressive goal-scoring track record and versatile skill set, Morelos has garnered significant interest as these clubs look to strengthen their squads and elevate their performances in the upcoming season.

Both teams require a quality striker as they lack one beast in front of the goal. El Buffalo, as called by Scottish people, the Columbian is a perfect fit and a like-to-like replacement for Richarlison who left Everton last season for Tottenham Hotspur. Since the Brazilian’s exit, Everton have found themselves in dire straits, searching for goals. One South American for another eh.

Nottingham Forest too did not have a good season in front of goal. They, however, have found a trusted resource in Taiwo Awoniyi, who showed promise inside the box during the last stages of this season. However, Alfredo Morelos is likely to overlook this option as he seeks a move to a club where he can secure regular playing time. The Colombian striker is determined to join a team that can offer him ample opportunities to shine and contribute significantly on the field.

For Rangers, Alfredo Morelos will retire in their history books if he does leave this summer. The stiker in his six seasons with the club has played a total of 269 games in which he has bagged 124 goals and 58 assists. It’s his adeptness in front of goal that has gained interest from other clubs in Europe. Spanish clubs Cadiz and Sevilla are already keen to sign the 26-year-old with Fernanrbahce chasing the duo to steal the deal.

Alfredo Morelos is entering the peak stages of his footballing career and fancies playing in a much more competitive league. His game style suits Premier League and he is itching to prove his worth in Scotland’s neighbourhood. With plenty of experience and quality to offer, Everton will surely go all in for one such centre-forward.
