Prepare for a marathon of football — and some seriously unhealthy sleeping patterns — with the 2022 FIFA World Cup underway.

The Qatari timezone (Arabia Standard Time — AST) isn’t exactly kind to Australian viewers, although it could be worse when it comes to Socceroos matches. Australia’s opener vs France was be held at 6am AEDT and their second match, against Tunisia, at a blockbuster time of 9pm AEDT on Saturday night (November 26).

To help you plan for the tournament, and save you the hassle of converting times, here is the full World Cup schedule with AEDT kick-off times.
