Spanish midfielder Isco has been linked with a number of clubs in recent weeks.

The 30-year-old playmaker is currently a free agent after terminating his contract with Sevilla and he was expected to join Bundesliga outfit Union Berlin during the January transfer window.

However, the move collapsed eventually and the player is now being linked with the move to Everton. According to a report from TuttoJuve, Italian outfit Juventus have been linked with the move for the former Real Madrid midfielder.

However, the player is on the radar of Premier League club Everton as well.

The report claims that Isco is open to a move to the Premier League and the opportunity to join Everton is an attractive idea for him.

However, the Goodison Park outfit are yet to submit a concrete proposal to the player’s agents and it remains to be seen whether the Toffees decide to make a move for him.

Even though the transfer window has closed, they will be able to sign free agents and Isco could prove to be a quality acquisition for them. The 30-year-old has won several trophies during his time at Real Madrid and Everton could use his quality and experience.

The Toffees are hoping to survive relegation this season and they managed to pick up a morale-boosting win over Arsenal on Saturday. Bringing in a proven winner like Isco will boost the morale of the squad even further and help them improve during the second half of the campaign.

Meanwhile, it would be a great opportunity for the 38-cap Spanish midfielder to showcase his qualities at a high level as well.
