Manchester City are keeping track of Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to the Daily Mail.
The English tabloid reports that the Georgian international is “on the radar” of the Premier League champions, who has made an outstanding start to life in Italy after making the move to Serie A last summer.
Kvaratskhelia was already exciting pundits as early as July when ex-England boss Fabio Capello compared him to a young Mo Salah, and he has justified the hype having racked up nine goals and laid on 12 assists in 22 appearances for Napoli.
Reports in the Italian media back in October first linked City, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain with the 21-year-old, and the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool have also been mentioned as potential suitors since then.
Napoli are on course for their first Serie A title since 1990 so they won’t sell Kvaratskhelia during the January transfer window, but City may be weighing up a bid ahead of next summer.
