Leicester City will be a name that may go unannounced in next season’s Premier League. The Foxes are fighting for relegation and may well have to play the Championship next season. Therefore, as many as eight to nine players are expected to leave the club. Even if the club is to play Premier League, there may be 5 to 6 players leaving the club.

The Foxes is a team with big names like Ayoze Perez, Calgar Soyuncu, Youri Tielemans, Ryan Bertrand, and Jannik Vestergaard; all of whom can leave the club this summer.

The Turkish international had lost form under Brendan Rodgers but did regain it with a resurgence under Dean Smith. There is huge speculation that he may move to Atletico Madrid as he has ignored every offer of an extension from Leicester City. A free agent this summer, Caglar Soyuncu to Atletico Madrid or a surprise club is very much a possibility.

Ayoze Perez was loaned out to Real Betis in January and upon his loan, Brendan Rodgers had confirmed that he had played his last game for the Foxes. He as well is out of contract and having performed substantially well for the Spanish club, we may well expect him to settle there next season. Real Betis are on the verge of finishing under sixth this season and booking their spot in the Europa League.

Tielemans is one big name in Premier Football with the least exposure to Champions League Football. He is one seductive and mesmerizing midfielder with a desire to play in Europe’s biggest competition.

Having already discarded his contract extension two years back, the Belgian international has high chance of leaving the club for a bigger Premier League team or a European giant.

Bertrand has had an underwhelming two years at Leicester and would not want to continue his term in the City. A series of injuries coupled with Victor Kristiansen’s signing in January has led to Bertrand spending time in the sideline. He as of now may not have any interests from the club’s but is sure to make way from Dean Smith’s side.

Former Southampton teammate of Bertrand has also had a disappointing season for the Foxes and would want to forget this year with a transfer to another club.
