Sky Germany reports that PSG have made an improved offer for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani.

The new offer is said to be worth €80m with add-ons included. If Frankfurt’s sporting director Markus Krösche says yes to the offer then a deal could likely be completed within the next 48 hours. It has previously been reported that Frankfurt’s valuation of Kolo Muani is close to €100m.

The 24-year-old has already agreed personal terms with PSG with the fee being the only stumbling block in the move being completed. Frankfurt’s recent 1-1 draw with Mainz is expected to be Kolo Muani’s final game with the transfer deadline approaching on Friday.

However, when speaking to the media after the draw against Mainz, Krösche did not confirm an offer had arrived: “We are currently too far apart. We will see what develops in the next few days.”

With the deadline approaching at the end of the week it will be clear by Frankfurt’s next game if Kolo Muani is still their player or not.

Frankfurt are already preparing for the departure of the 24-year-old and they have drawn up a succession plan. Werder Bremen’s Niclas Füllkrug and PSG’s Hugo Ekitike are potential candidates to replace Kolo Muani.
