One of which was British supermodel and actress Cara Delevingne, who was with an Alfa Romeo staffer.

As Brundle navigated through the crowds on the grid, Delevingne’s presence caught his eye and he made his way over to grab a quick word.

But before he could even fire off a question in Delevingne’s direction, the Alfa Romeo staffer attempted to put an early halt to proceedings.

Brundle replied: “She doesn’t want to talk? But everybody needs to talk on the grid? That’s the deal now. Everybody talks on the grid.”

Well, it appears someone didn’t give Delevingne the memo.

Regardless, Brundle still tried his luck.

“Can we have a quick chat, Sky F1,” Brundle asked Delevingne.

However, she shook her head and said no while casting a nervous glance at the Alfa Romeo staffer.

Brundle replied: “Well, the deal is everybody needs to speak on the grid.”

Delevingne then claimed she “couldn’t hear anything,” which drew a chuckle from Brundle who, much like the viewers at home, knew she was quite capable of hearing.

And the commentator would have the last laugh with a stinging sledge as he walked off.

“Ok, I’m sure it would have been extremely interesting,” Brundle said.

Delevingne isn’t the only celebrity to shun Brundle during his famous grid walk, as she joins the esteemed company of Megan Thee Stallion and Brad Pitt to offer him a cold shoulder, although Pitt did apologise for his actions.

Thankfully, Brundle had better luck when interacting with some other celebrities on the grid such as former One Direction member Liam Payne, actress Florence Pugh and Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
