Former Wimbledon finalist David Nalbandian’s ex-girlfriend, model Araceli Torrado, has filed for a restraining order against him nearly three weeks after she accused him of installing hidden cameras in the apartment they shared in Buenos Aires.
That was separate from the complaint Torrado filed in November, when she sued Nalbandian for harassment and stalking over the allegations he was spying on her after she discovered the hidden cameras behind an airconditioning vent, the NY Post reports.

Torrado, 30, reportedly requested the restraining order during a court appearance for her initial lawsuit against the 41-year-old former tennis star on Tuesday — and demanded the seizure of Nalbandian’s electronic devices as she “felt panic” at the thought of her ex having naked videos of her.
“Nalbandian filmed me and recorded me for enough time to have footage and images of me naked and other private moments involving me, my family and my friends,” Torrado told Argentinian media after providing evidence in court, per The Sun.
“I feel panic and anxiety at what he could have on his phone or on an application,” she said. “We want a court order for the seizure of his electronic devices.”
Torrado claimed she found a camera in the airconditioning in her bedroom in June, when her brother noticed a glow behind an air vent.
Nalbandian admitted to Torrado that he installed the camera, according to c5n.com.
The Argentina native allegedly told his ex that he hadn’t seen anything through the camera due to “internet problems.”
In her first filing, a judge ruled that Nalbandian did place a camera inside the apartment, but that it was not a crime since he and Torrado shared the apartment.
Torrado reportedly moved out after she discovered the camera.
The ex-couple reportedly dated for around eight months before they split this past summer.
Nalbandian was ranked No. 3 in 2006, six years after turning professional in 2000.
He won 11 singles titles and reached the Wimbledon Final in 2002, falling to Lleyton Hewitt.
Nalbandian — who reached the U.S. Open (2003) and French Open (2004, 2006) semi-finals — announced his retirement in 2013 due to a shoulder injury.
